The Process

Once you fill in our inquiry form the following happens:

We will contact you by your desired method, (preferably via phone).

Remember there is NO obligation and at this stage it is only what is called a ‘Discovery Call’.

The discovery call will last approx 10 – 15 mins.

During this time we will get an idea of what you are seeking. We will also clarify a number of points with you.

During this call you will start to get an idea of who we are and the reverse is also true.

If you are happy with the intial discussion then we will make an appointment with you to come and see you are your place of preference.

(If you are overseas or in another state then this is obviously a bit hard so video conferencing and by phone and email is the route here)

During this appointment we will dive deeper into what we do, how we do it and will ask you for a clearer picture of what you are looking for both in terms of the property you seek, how far down the track you are with your property search, suburbs/regions you may be thinking about and numerous other questions totally designed the give us a more detailed picture of you and your journey so far.

At the sametime you will, (should), begin assessing if we ‘fit’ with your expecation, (both personally and the services we provide).

Let’s face it, if you are not comfortable with the people you speak with then it is unlikely you will use thier services, we understand that.

We will discuss the fees involved and how they work, (and why).

If you are happy with what we offer and want to proceed then we will enter into agreement with you and define your property ‘brief’.

The brief does not have to be done immediately as, often, our discussion will alert you to things you may not have considered and you may want to discuss this with others, (eg Partner, Parents and alike)

If you are unsure about engaging us after this meeting then don’t sweat it – We have no interest at all in pressuring you – we want you to be happy with any decision you make and understand that some people need more time before they commit to an action plan.
